Thrival Kit: Supernova Shine
Energize. Nourish. Awaken.
August’s Thrival Kit includes our new Shine anthem plus choreography to dance with us from wherever you are, and a delicious brownie recipe.
It’s official. The three of us (triplet sisters!), have inhabited this beautiful planet Earth for 50 years this month. What a ride!
Our life mission remains the same as it has for the 20+ years of community-driven and nutritionally inspired restaurants and gathering places, to spread more LOVE on this planet, and to create an inspired community that feels nourished from the inside out.
In honor, we co-wrote, produced, and arranged the song Supernova Shine with the multi-talented musician and lyricist Kiyoshi. Some of the lyrics are intermittently on the page in bold.
“Blowing up in love is the Magic”
We then put choreography to it and are sharing it far and wide.
“Moving how I wanna, Swaying like palm trees in the Summer.”

This month is an invitation to live your life in all that you are, and all that you are becoming ~ your biggest, brightest star. And letting that light SHINE from within.
It’s that high vibe frequency I get in tune with.”
The breakdown to the breakthrough - the star explodes into a new form shining even brighter and bigger in its new exalted expression. Through the mini-death, we transform into an expanded understanding of who we are.
“Deep Breaths so we don’t get nervous no more. Throwing away old patterns that no longer serve us.”
As we see the destruction of many of the systems in our world that have become outdated and ineffective, new seeds of life begin to burst open.
“Even when we fall apart and break we still SHINE.”
This is also happening within each one of us. Life may take us through challenges, even fear as we traverse the unknown which leads to new parts of us coming to life as we Integrate new energies and new wisdom coming from deep within to the surface.

This is our time to Shine.
We are light beings, literally. We are made of light and we have the power to ignite more and more light within us.
