Recipe: Chocolate Avocado Mousse

SHINE CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE

Serves: 4 | Prep time: 2 hours | Cook time: 2 mins

Ingredients:

  • 10 pitted dates soaked in water for 2-3 hours

  • 3 ripe avocados, pitted

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

  • 3 Tablespoons raw honey

  • 1⁄2 cup raw cacao powder

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

How to:

1. Put the raw drained dates and avocado in the food processor and process for about 2 minutes.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and process for another minute until smooth.

3. Chill before serving. We love to layer into parfaits with fresh berries, coconut, etc.
