What would someone that loves themselves do?
When a challenge comes up, go to the deepest part of yourself that might be hurting, hold it with loving kindness, and move from the place of what would self-love wish me to do here?
Practice this awareness through writing and then bring it into your day-to-day, moment-to-moment life experience. The more you practice, the more your body and brain will build pathways to love instead of a reaction that may come from a place of fear.
