Spring Regeneration Fest

Let's kick off the season with an event that celebrates you, your health, your broader community, and the land you live within. Meet local organizations and peers that are focused on the intersection between community, healthy, environment, and food! This event will be primarily outdoors, so please dress for the occasion.
The farm tour will take place from 11 to noon. Please arrive 5 minutes early if you'd like to join the tour. The rest of the festival (including festival activities hosted by local orgs) will be from noon to 4pm!
Jill and Jessica will lead Freedom Movement Method, a dance and yoga journey with breathwork!
