Jill & Jessica
Jill and Jessica are longtime leaders in the food and wellness space, known for creating experiences that change lives. Through gatherings in Boulder, powerful digital programs, and soul-stirring retreats around the world, they help people heal, connect, and come home to themselves.
Yoga, Meditation, & Holistic Nutrition

✻ I teach yoga, meditation, and breathwork classes based in several yoga traditions to create an embodied, grounded practice full of self-love and self-healing. I teach you to support your body’s innate ability to heal and restore through the lens of training and personal experience. I am a Certified Body Awake Yoga Instructor and a Certified Sacred Flow Yoga Instructor. I also have a masters in Holistic Nutrition and am a practicing Energy Healer.
✻ I lead our Shine Living Yoga classes, co-teach Freedom Movement, Warrior Workouts, Mindfulness classes, and Recipes and Nourish videos.

✻ I have traveled an incredible journey of health and healing, personally curing an autoimmune disease through the practices I teach and live by. I am a mother of two beautiful girls. It has been a true-life education, navigating the raising of children in a world of changing healthcare and extensive media. I create pathways toward conscious parenting and health-driven nourishment and practices that have built a strong foundation for my family and our community.

Somatic Dance, Movement, & Breathwork

✻ I lead our Shine Living Somatic Dance and co-teach Freedom Movement, Warrior Workouts, Breathwork, and Mindfulness.
✻ I am a certified somatic practitioner, a certified breathwork practitioner, and a certified teacher in several dance styles.
✻ I teach dance, movement, and breathwork from a somatic, (IN-bodied) perspective that is all about connection and inner and outer strength.

✻ Being the middle of triplet sisters, I grew up a hard-core people pleaser. The somatic work and practices we teach at SLC have changed that for me big time in every single area of my life; it has given me clarity, focus, and a daily celebration of sharing my unique gifts in a way that now feels nourishing.
✻ My mission is to encourage others to explore and dig deeper into their being, to know themselves more deeply, so they can identify their gifts and passions, and connect and create from authenticity. I believe that feeling good in our bodies, and trusting our inner wisdom and its innate ability to heal, is vital to living an inspired, healthful life.
✻ I live in Boulder with my hubby, Steve, and our nieces are just a few doors down.

Created by Jill and Jessica, this method combines somatic empowering dance, yoga, and meditation to facilitate breaking through physical and emotional limitations to become stronger on every level and facilitate healing and transformation.

We also offer office hours on Thursdays from 12-1 as another opportunity to connect!
