LIVING MEDICINE
with Brandi Stanley
-
Brandi is a writer, speaker, and guide who helps others remember old ways of living in modern times. She is trained in a wide range of land-based work, including social permaculture, agroecology, and all things homesteading, especially fermentation.
She has always believed nature heals, but that belief became concrete reality nearly four years ago, when she began learning about and working in circadian biology, primarily forming a new relationship with natural light, which transformed her health after more than a decade of chronic illness. Now, through her work with Teach Me, Nature, Brandi guides others back into deep connection with the wild world, not just as scenery to look at, but as living medicine.
